Lord Mayor’s Peace Lecture

Michael Morpurgo has been invited to speak at the Lord Mayor’s Peace Lecture at St Mary’s Guildhall in Coventry on the 11th of November.

Michael will base his lecture on Eagle in the Snow, a book featuring local serviceman, Private Henry Tandey VC, the most decorated private soldier of World War I and the man who could, arguably, have prevented World War II.

Music will be provided by the Warwickshire Youth Waits and everybody is welcome to attend.
