Edinburgh Fringe – The War of Jenkins’ Ear

About the show:

Toby Jenkins hates boarding school. He doesn’t fit in. When a new boy, Christopher, arrives and announces he is Jesus Christ, Toby is swept up into his strange world. Desperate to defend his new friend who promises miracles, Toby’s life is turned upside down. Is Christopher a fraud or really the second coming? As tensions rise between the privileged boys of Redlands School and the aggressive locals, is Christopher the only one who can end the hatred? Michael Morpurgo’s story is brought to the stage in a new adaptation specially written for this talented company.
