Michael Morpurgo gave a fascinating lecture to students and staff, as he opened the ‘Whole Earth?’ Exhibition at Canterbury Christ Church University on Friday 25th September.
The exhibition, which contains over 60 metres of compelling images and text, is based on the premise that the future belongs to today’s young people, who have a major role to play in making society more sustainable.
As well as exploring a range of solutions to current environmental problems, it challenges students and tutors to think about changing their courses to meet current and future needs.

The ‘WHOLE EARTH?’ exhibition has been devised by leading environmental photographer, Mark Edwards, in collaboration with journalist and author, Lloyd Timberlake.
