Michael Morpurgo’s Unsung Heroes Book Tour Announced!

From 6th November, we will be sharing the reviews of three parent bloggers who have been reading some of Michael’s most moving stories set in war time: An Eagle in the Snow, A Medal for Leroy and Private Peaceful. All of the books were inspired by real life stories, events and people.

“For me, the most important thing I think with any war story, is to write about the possibility of hope, the possibility of a time when there isn’t a war, so reconciliation is key to my stories. They’re not really about war, they’re a hope for peace, that’s why I write them.” – Michael Morpurgo

To join in the conversation just follow #MorpurgosHeroes on Twitter and/or Facebook. And keep your eyes peeled because the following week we will be giving you the chance to win signed copies of all the books that have featured in Michael’s Animals and Unsung Heroes Book Tours.
