This summer, The Story Museum are offering a unique opportunity to hear two of the most beloved British children’s authors talk about the inspiration behind their work.

Michael Morpurgo and Judith Kerr will be taking to the stage of the Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford to discuss how animals influence their work and continue to play such important roles in their tales. This exclusive event runs alongside The Story Museum’s new exhibition, Animal, which explores the roles of animals in fiction, including Michael Morpurgo’s bestselling novel War Horse.
