It’s Michael Morpurgo’s 70th birthday! To congratulate the nation’s favourite storyteller, we are launching a series of Autumn activities inspired by his best-loved books. From War Horse to Running Wild, Michael’s novels have touched the hearts of millions of people across the land. We’d love you to join us in as we celebrate all things Morpurgo.

What do YOU have to do?

It’s easy! All you need to do is tell us by 23rd July how your school will be celebrating Michael Morpurgo’s birthday! You could organise group read-alongs, write innovative reviews, make Michael a giant birthday card, or anything else you fancy! Whatever your ideas are, we want to hear them…
