Shadow is an amazing book about a boy called Aman and his mother who travel to England to live whith their uncle. The book is all about the dangers they face as they travel to England with a battered old army dog, that Aman names Shadow.

i love this book soooo much but im in the middle of it on page 143 i love the dog shadow shes sooooooooooooooo cute i dont feel like there was any thing bad about it and im going to read war horse i bet i will enjoy that to! the book is about Aman who calls the dog shadow because his mum said because the dog always follows them and shadows do so they called her shadow shes a beatiful army dog i LOVE it! your my fave author, from RUBY!

Oh my this is a phenomenal book I totally love it and I have literally read all of your book but this one is definetily one of the bestttt!  Everyone should really read the book shadow as it has an amazing story! A little sad though too…

A 10/10 book by a 10/10 author. Absolutely amazing, hard to put the book down. A very good read.

My teacher had about three of these books in her class and I saw this one and thought I may enjoy it then about 2 weeks later than out half of the class is addicted to them like I am! My teacher is readin one to the class there is war horse in tape and about ten books some people are even reading them on elecronics! I absolutely love the book and next I really really want to read private peaceful! As a young student I reccomend this book for children starting at the age of 9 there are some sad bits but I love this book! If my teacher is reading this now I want to let you know something you are the best teacher ever and no matter what happens you will always be my favourite teacher you care and respect us and you are just sooo kind I love you to bits (as a teacher ) and you are just the best!!!!! So thank you for this book and thank you micheal for making these wonderful books!

I love Michael Morpurgo ,I’m a fan of him.I nearly have finished reading the whole set of Michael Morpurgo book’s. Did you know that my favorite book of his Is ‘Kasper the prince of cats’.

Such an amazing book. I couldn’t put it down. As a result, I read it in just over a day. Honestly, I could read it again 100 more times.

I loved Shadow!! I spent 2 hours continously engrossed in the book. I’m only 10 but I LOVE Michael Mopurgo. A truly remarkable read! It’s a great book!

It is a book which is written astonishingly well and is easily my favourite book. Not only is it my favourite book, but Michael Morpurgo is also my favourite author. As soon as I started this book I couldn’t stop! It is the perfect book for any day of the year.
This will always change my thoughts about war and how different it could be. I hope it turns into a film because if it were to then I would be the first to grab a ticket!
